As a Licensed Master United States Coast Guard Captain. Raymond has expertly navigated the challenging waters of the mid and southern Atlantic, The Florida straights, The Gulf Stream, The Gulf of Mexico, the Tongue of the Ocean, the Grand Bahama Bank, the Devil’s Backbone, and the Exuma Sound. His extensive nautical knowledge has made him a sought-after expert in maritime advising and education, where he actively contributes to the safety and enrichment of seafarers and enthusiasts alike.

Raymond completed his OUPV Captain and Master Training with Mariner’s Learning systems, is a licensed US Merchant Marine and is rated to 100 gross tons. Captain Raymond is additionally certified by the US Coast Guard Auxiliary in:
